Engraved, logo items, or custom orders will be accepted for return only if defective or damaged.

All defective or damaged merchandise qualifies for a full refund including shipping charges. Returns that are not defective will recieve a full product refund, less shipping charges. Please note, if your order was over $50.00 and qualified for free shipping, a $5.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
