Production Timelines

• Standard production time for laser logo and/or text engraved orders is 3-4 weeks after your artwork has been approved. Lead time may vary due to seasonal demands. Please note, custom logo orders cannot be scheduled for production until artwork is approved.

• At TheGolfStoreOnline.com you never pay for setup charges! $100.00 stitch fee applies to custom embroidery only.

Digital Artwork Guidelines

• We can accept your logo artwork for approval via email. Please review the "Acceptable digital artwork formats" section below for additional guidelines.
  • For email, please send your files to artwork@thegolfstoreonline.com and include your order number in the subject line.
• Acceptable digital artwork formats include:
  • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Freehand as an editable vector and should have type converted to outlines or included fonts.
  • Quality vector drawings are acceptable. Bitmaps are also accepted if resolution is at least 1200dpi at 300%. Bitmaps may include the following:
    • JPEG, JPG, Macintosh PICT, EPS, PCX, GIF, PSD, or TIFF
• Unacceptable digital artwork formats include:
  • Word processing or page layout files such as Quark, Xpress, Pagemaker, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, etc.
• Gradients should not be submitted as blend.
• Please note that colored and scanned images will incur an additional art charge, we will notify you if necessary.
• Colors should be set as PMS spot colors.
