H2O– Water is natures cleaning solvent. Water works wonders keeping golf balls and golf clubs clean. The Goose Towel and Putting-Mate take advantage of what nature has to offer. While at first glance the Goose Towel and Putting-Mate may seem like an ordinary towel that simply is not the case. Both of our products utilize “four layer construction. There are two sides to each towel. The exterior of the towel is manufactured with high quality absorbent cotton material to dry your clubs and ball.
Microfiber- The interior of each side is manufactured with microfiber. Microfiber is the best material to “clean and polish” your clubs. It is six times more absorbent than cotton. Why is this important? Microfiber allows us to take advantage of water to obtain the best possible results. Pouring water on the microfiber material will maintain moisture on the inside of the Goose Towel and Putting-Mate for your entire round of golf. At the same time the exterior layers of cotton will remain dry. This makes the Goose Towel ideal for use on hot sunny days.
Water Repellant Technology(WRT) - Our manufacturing process prevents moisture from seeping into the exterior cotton layers of the Goose Towel and Putting-Mate. Between the cotton and microfiber llayer is a thin layer tissue that is 100% waterproof. This complex manufacturing process is what makes the Goose Towel and Putting-Mate most useful when you really need it – under wet and rainy conditions.
Wet/Rainy conditions – Dry grips and clean golf balls are essential in wet/rainy conditions. The Goose Towel is engineered to be reversible. On rainy days simply reverse the Goose Towel and expose the microfiber layer to the wet elements. The water repelling membrane will then protect the interior cotton layer from rain. The cotton layer will remain dry in adverse wet conditions allowing the user to keep clubs, balls and hands dry at all times.
